Mr. Prame is currently serving as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (Indiana) since 2024. He is also the Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Bank (Michigan City, Indiana). Additionally, he holds the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (Arizona) since 2023 and Chief Executive Officer at Horizon Bank (Invt Mgmt) since 2023.
